Last updated: 11 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how EUPPORIA IT SOLUTIONS L.L.C ("Aylah", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on aylah.ae and in the Service. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
1.1 A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Local storage and session storage are similar technologies that let a website keep small pieces of information in your browser. In this Policy, "cookies" includes these technologies.
1.2 First-party cookies are set by aylah.ae. Third-party cookies are set by another company's domain.
1.3 Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
2. Our approach
2.1 At the date of this Policy, we use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service to work and cookies that remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, social media pixels or analytics cookies.
2.2 If we decide to use analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent before setting them, through a cookie banner or settings panel where you can accept or refuse them. Refusing will not affect your ability to use the Service.
3. Cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are needed to sign you in, keep your session secure and complete actions you request. The Service cannot work properly without them, so they do not require your consent.

| authjs.csrf-token (on secure connections: __Host-authjs.csrf-token) | Protects sign-in forms against cross-site request forgery. | Session |

| aylah_pending_mkt | Temporarily keeps your marketing-email choice at sign-up until your account is created. | Up to 24 hours, deleted after use |
3.2 Preference cookies
These cookies remember choices you make, so that you do not have to make them again. They are set when you choose a language or currency.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| aylah_lang | Remembers your language (Arabic or English). | 1 year |
| aylah_cur | Remembers your currency (AED or USD). | 1 year |
| aylah-lang (local storage) | Remembers your language in the browser so pages load in the right language. | Until you clear it |
| ads:sel (session storage) | Remembers your selections while you build an advertisement in the Service. | Until you close the browser tab |
3.3 Third-party services
- (a) Payment pages. When you buy, you are taken to secure checkout pages operated by our payment processor. That processor may set its own cookies on its own domain for fraud prevention and to complete the payment, under its own privacy policy.
- (b) Third-party sign-in. If you choose to sign in with a third-party sign-in provider, that provider may set its own cookies on its own domain, under its own privacy policy.
- (c) Web fonts. Some pages load fonts from a third-party font delivery service. Your browser sends your IP address and browser information to that service to download the fonts. We do not ask it to set cookies or track you.
We do not control third-party cookies. Please read the relevant provider's policies for details.
4. Managing cookies
4.1 You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you see which cookies are stored, delete them, and block cookies from all or specific sites.
4.2 If you block or delete strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use parts of the Service. If you delete preference cookies, the Service will return to its default language and currency.
4.3 Clearing your browser's site data also clears local storage and session storage.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy, for example when we add or change cookies. We will publish the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, including any new cookie that needs consent, we will ask for your consent where required and notify registered users by email as described in our Terms of Use.
6. Language and contact
This Policy is available in Arabic and English. If there is any conflict, the Arabic version prevails.
