This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") is provided by EUPPORIA IT SOLUTIONS L.L.C ("Aylah", "we", "us"), Dubai trade licence No. 1325954. It forms part of our Terms of Use and applies to everyone who uses the Service, including Aylah Studio and Aylah Pilot clients. Words defined in the Terms of Use have the same meaning here.

1. Purpose and scope

1.1 This AUP sets out what you may not upload, request, create, publish or do with the Service. It applies to Customer Content, prompts and instructions, website and listing addresses you submit, Outputs and Deliverables, and the way you use the Service and Outputs, including after you download them.

1.2 You are responsible for compliance by everyone who uses your Account. The examples in this AUP are not exhaustive. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask support@aylah.ae before you use the Service for it.

1.3 The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply wherever you publish. You must also comply with the laws of every other country where your content will be shown, and with the rules of every platform where you publish it.

  • (d) AI presenters, characters or scenes that impersonate Emirati national dress or identity in a misleading way, including presenting a virtual person as an Emirati national or official to lend credibility to an advertisement.

2.3 Real people, likeness and voice

  • (a) Content that depicts, imitates or impersonates a real person, including their face, body, likeness, name or voice, without that person's documented, informed and specific consent as described in section 3.

  • (b) Prices or offers that differ from what you actually sell, hidden conditions, or "bait" offers.
  • (c) Content that misrepresents what a product looks like or does, including AI-generated depictions that show features, results or quality the real product does not have.

2.6 Brands, intellectual property and comparative advertising

  • (a) Content using trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, packaging, designs, characters, copyrighted works, music, fonts or other material you do not own or are not licensed to use.
  • (b) Content that imitates, copies or creates confusion with another business's trademarks, logos, trade dress, packaging, store design, slogans, characters or overall brand identity, or that suggests a connection with another brand that does not exist.
  • (c) "Look-alike" or "dupe" advertising that relies on another brand's reputation, or advertising for counterfeit or replica goods.

2.7 Regulated sectors and restricted products

  • (a) Advertising for products or services that require a licence, permit or prior approval from a regulator before they can be advertised, including in the health, medical, pharmaceutical, real estate, financial, insurance, investment, crypto-asset, education and food sectors, unless you hold all required approvals and the content complies with them.
  • (b) Advertising for medicines, medical devices, health or medical services, supplements with health claims and cosmetics with medical claims, except as permitted by the competent health authority.
  • (c) Advertising for tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, alcohol or controlled substances, except where permitted by law and platform rules for the specific audience and channel.
  • (d) Content that may not be advertised through the Service in any case: gambling, betting and lotteries; illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia; weapons, ammunition and explosives; adult services; and any product or service whose sale is prohibited in the UAE.

2.8 Political and sensitive content

Political, electoral or campaigning content, content about sensitive political, religious, sectarian or tribal matters, and content that comments on government policy or international disputes.

3. Consent for people, voices and minors

3.1 If Customer Content contains, or you ask us to recreate, any real person's face, body, likeness, name or voice, you must, before you upload it, obtain that person's written consent that is:

  • (a) informed, meaning the person understands that artificial intelligence will be used to create or alter advertising featuring them;
  • (b) specific, covering the products, channels, languages, territories and duration of use; and
  • (c) documented, so that you can show it to us on request.

3.2 For any minor, consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian, and the use must be lawful and appropriate.

3.3 Voice cloning or voice imitation of a real person requires that person's specific written consent to voice synthesis. Imitating the voice of a celebrity, public figure or well-known character is not allowed.

3.4 Consent does not make prohibited content allowed. In particular, AI depictions of public figures are not allowed even with consent, unless we agree otherwise in writing and all required approvals are obtained.

3.5 We may ask you for evidence of consent at any time and may suspend the relevant content or your Account until you provide it.

4. Advertising rules you must follow when you publish

4.1 Identifiable as advertising. Content you publish must be clearly identifiable as advertising where the law or the platform requires, including through any "paid partnership", "sponsored" or "ad" tag.

4.2 AI disclosures. You are solely responsible for any AI-content label or disclosure required by the platform where you publish or by applicable law. We do not add these labels for you.

4.3 Permits. You are responsible for any advertising permit or approval required by the competent UAE media authorities (including the National Media Authority), for any advertiser permit required for individuals who publish your content, and for any sector approvals.

4.4 Language. You are responsible for meeting any legal requirement to use Arabic in advertising directed at consumers in the UAE, and for the accuracy of every language version you publish.

4.5 Claims. You must hold evidence that substantiates every factual claim before you publish it.

4.6 Platform rules. You must comply with the advertising, branded-content, AI-content and restricted-products policies of each platform where you publish.

5. Prohibited uses of the Service

You must not:

  • (a) probe, scan, test or breach the security of the Service, or access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access;
  • (b) introduce malware, or overload, disrupt or interfere with the Service or its providers;

  • (f) use the Service or Outputs to build, train or benchmark a competing product or any artificial intelligence model;
  • (g) resell, sublicense, share or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written agreement, other than providing Outputs to your own clients as part of your lawful business;
  • (h) create multiple Accounts to obtain extra welcome credits, avoid limits or evade a suspension or ban, or use disposable email addresses or false identities;
  • (i) use stolen payment methods or make purchases you intend to dispute;
  • (j) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages; or
  • (k) use the Service in any way that could expose us or our providers to legal, regulatory or reputational harm.

6. Website and listing addresses

6.1 When you submit a website, product page or listing address, you confirm that the page and its content belong to you or your client, or that you are authorised to use them in advertising.

6.2 We fetch only the pages you submit, respect the site's published crawling rules, and use the content only to prepare your Outputs. You must not submit addresses of competitors' pages or of content you have no right to use.

7. Messaging channels

Where we offer a messaging channel, the same rules apply to messages, images, voice notes and other content you send through it. You must not use it to send content of other people without the right to do so.

8. Reporting

8.1 To report content made with the Service that you believe is unlawful, infringes your rights or breaches this AUP, email support@aylah.ae with: your name and contact details; a description of the content and where it appears; the reason for your report; and, for intellectual property or likeness claims, details of your rights and a statement that the information is accurate.

8.2 We review reports in good faith and may act under section 9. We may share a report with the user concerned, unless the law or safety reasons prevent it.

9. Enforcement

9.1 If we reasonably believe that you have breached this AUP, we may, with or without prior notice and in proportion to the breach:

  • (a) refuse to start a generation or stop one in progress;

9.2 Credits used for content that breaches this AUP, and credits remaining in an Account terminated for a breach, are not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9.3 Our decision not to act in one case does not prevent us from acting in another. We are not obliged to monitor content, and our moderation does not mean that any content is lawful or suitable for publication.

10. Changes and language

10.1 We may update this AUP as described in section 22 of the Terms of Use. We may make changes needed to comply with law or to address new risks with immediate effect.

10.2 This AUP is available in Arabic and English. If there is any conflict, the Arabic version prevails.
