Aylah AI Content and Provenance Policy
Effective date: 11 October 2026
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This AI Content and Provenance Policy (the "AI Policy") is provided by EUPPORIA IT SOLUTIONS L.L.C ("Aylah", "we", "us"), Dubai trade licence No. 1325954. It forms part of our Terms of Use and explains how the Service uses artificial intelligence, the limits of AI-generated content, and your responsibilities when you use it. Words defined in the Terms of Use have the same meaning here.
1. Our disclosure
1.1 The Service uses artificial intelligence. Videos, images, scripts, voiceovers, music, captions and other Outputs are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. This applies to the self-serve credit service and to Aylah Studio and Aylah Pilot, where our team directs and selects work produced with AI tools.
1.2 The AI processing is performed by third-party processing and infrastructure providers that we select and may change at any time. We do not disclose the identity of the specific models or providers used for a given Output. A list of providers that process personal data for us is available on request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
1.3 Presenters, voices, people, places and scenes in Outputs are synthetic unless they come from Customer Content you provided.
2. Limitations of AI-generated content
You acknowledge that AI-generated content has inherent limitations, including the following:
- (a) Inaccuracy and invented content ("hallucination"). AI can produce statements, numbers, prices, features, ingredients, awards, statistics or other details that are wrong or entirely invented, and present them confidently.
- (b) Text and language errors. On-screen text, Arabic script, diacritics, spelling, grammar, translation, names and pronunciation in voiceovers may be incorrect, distorted or unnatural.
- (c) Product and brand fidelity. Logos, labels, packaging, colours, shapes and proportions of your products may be altered, distorted or inconsistent between frames or versions.
- (d) Visual and audio artefacts. Outputs may contain unnatural movement, extra or missing body parts, impossible physics, flicker, glitches, audio noise or lip-sync errors.
- (e) Variability. The same instructions can produce different results each time. We cannot guarantee a particular style, look or result.
- (f) Similarity. Outputs may resemble content generated for other users, existing works, real people, real places, or other brands' products or trade dress, without any intention to copy.
- (g) Bias. AI can reflect stereotypes or biases, including about gender, nationality, religion, ethnicity or age.
- (h) Cultural and legal fit. AI does not reliably know what is appropriate under UAE law, public morals or platform rules.
- (i) No knowledge of your business. AI does not know whether your claims are true or whether your product is approved for sale or advertising.
3. Your review obligations
3.1 You must review every Output, and every language version, carefully before you publish or use it. In particular, you must check that:
- (a) every fact, price, offer, claim and statistic is accurate and substantiated;
- (b) your product, logo, packaging and brand appear correctly and are not misrepresented;
- (c) all text, including Arabic text, is correct and appropriate;
- (d) the Output does not resemble a real person, public figure, another brand's marks or trade dress, or a protected work in a way that could mislead or infringe;
- (e) the Output complies with the Acceptable Use Policy, UAE law, the law of every other country where it will be shown, and the rules of every platform where you will publish it; and
- (f) you hold every approval, permit and consent needed to publish it.
3.2 Approval of a Studio or Pilot deliverable, including deemed approval, confirms that you have completed this review.
3.3 We are not responsible for an Output you publish without adequate review.
4. Likeness, voices and synthetic people
4.1 Synthetic presenters. Our virtual presenters and voices are synthetic. Any resemblance to a real person is unintended. If you notice that an Output resembles a real person, especially a public figure, do not publish it and tell us at support@aylah.ae.
4.2 Real people. You may use a real person's face, likeness or voice only with that person's documented, informed and specific consent, as set out in section 3 of the Acceptable Use Policy.
4.3 Public figures and national symbols. AI depictions of UAE rulers or leaders, of public figures and of UAE national symbols are not allowed. AI presenters must not impersonate Emirati national dress or identity in a misleading way.
4.4 No deception. You must not use Outputs to make people believe that a real person said or did something they did not, or that a person or organisation endorses you when they do not.
5. Disclosure and labelling are your responsibility
5.1 We do not label Outputs for you. We do not add visible "AI-generated", "advertisement" or similar labels to Outputs, and we do not undertake to do so.
5.2 Your duty. You are solely responsible for making every disclosure that applies where you publish, including:
- (a) AI-content labels or disclosures required by advertising, social media, marketplace and publishing platforms;
- (b) "paid partnership", "sponsored", "ad" or similar tags required by platforms or by law;
- (c) identification of content as advertising, and any other disclosure required by UAE law and by the competent UAE media authorities (including the National Media Authority); and
- (d) any disclosure required by the law of any other country where the content is shown.
5.3 If a platform or authority asks for information about how an Output was produced, you may tell them that it was generated or assisted by artificial intelligence through the Service.
6. Provenance
6.1 What we may embed. We may embed in Outputs invisible provenance information, such as metadata, content credentials or digital watermarks, that indicates that the content was generated or edited with artificial intelligence through the Service. Some providers we use may add their own provenance information or watermarks.
6.2 Purpose. Provenance information supports transparency, helps platforms identify AI-generated content, and helps detect misuse. It is not designed to contain your personal data.
6.3 No tampering. You must not remove, alter, obscure or falsify provenance information, or attempt to do so, where doing so would breach applicable law or the rules of the platform where you publish, or where it is done to deceive people about the origin of the content.
6.4 Ordinary processing. Ordinary editing, compression or format conversion may remove or damage provenance information. We do not guarantee that provenance information will survive editing or be detected by any platform or tool.
6.5 Third-party watermarks. We do not undertake to remove watermarks, credits or provenance information added by third parties, including stock providers or processing providers.
7. Your data and AI training
7.1 We never use your Customer Content or Outputs to train, fine-tune or improve any artificial intelligence model, and we do not allow the providers acting for us to do so.
7.2 Your Customer Content is sent to providers only as needed to generate your Outputs. More details are in the Privacy Policy.
8. Rights in AI-generated content
8.1 Your rights in Outputs are set out in section 10 of the Terms of Use and, for Studio and Pilot, in sections 4A.9 and 4B.8.
8.2 Copyright or other protection for AI-generated content may be limited or unavailable, and Outputs are not exclusive to you. If exclusivity or registrable rights matter to you, add sufficient human creative work of your own and take legal advice.
9. Reporting problems
Report harmful, unlawful, infringing or misleading Outputs, or Outputs that resemble a real person, to support@aylah.ae. We will review the report and may act under the Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Changes and language
10.1 AI technology and the law on AI content are changing quickly. We may update this AI Policy as described in section 22 of the Terms of Use.
10.2 This AI Policy is available in Arabic and English. If there is any conflict, the Arabic version prevails.
